Wigan Way Sponsored Walk 2026

At PPL Innovate, we're committed to making a difference in the communities we support, and this September our team will be taking on the Wigan Way Walk to raise money for our Charity of the Year, Everyone Can.

Chosen by one of our colleagues, Everyone Can is a fantastic charity that helps disabled people unlock their potential through technology. By providing specialist equipment, training and support, they enable children and adults to communicate, learn, work and live more independently.

Their mission resonates strongly with us at PPL Innovate. Every day, we work with local authorities to create accessible, inclusive digital services that help people access information, advice and support. We believe technology should remove barriers, not create them, and Everyone Can shares that same vision of using digital innovation to improve lives.

The Wigan Way is an 8.5 mile circular walk around Wigan, taking in some of the town's parks, green spaces and local landmarks. It's a great opportunity for our team to come together, get outdoors and raise money for a charity doing truly life-changing work.

We'll be sharing updates from the day and would be incredibly grateful for any support. Every donation, no matter the size, will help Everyone Can continue providing life-changing technology and opportunities to the people who need them most.
